Meet Trish
Hi, I'm Trish.
Therapy with me is compassionate, curious, practical and human.
I believe you should have a space where you can show up as your whole self without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out.
I know reaching out for help can feel vulnerable because I've experienced therapy from the other side of the room, too. That's part of why creating a space where people feel genuinely comfortable being themselves matters so much to me.
I'll listen, support you, offer new perspectives, and gently challenge you when it can help you move toward your goals. And while therapy can involve difficult conversations, I believe there's still room for laughter, connection, and lighter moments along the way.

You don't have to have it all figured out. We can start wherever you are.
I've always been curious about people.
I’ve always been interested in people—how they think, what shapes them, what they carry, and what helps them feel good within themselves. Life can be beautiful, but it can also be heavy, complicated, and sometimes just plain hard. I became a therapist because I believe that even when life is weighing on you, you deserve to feel supported, understood, and connected to yourself.
I’m inspired by the idea that therapy can give people a space to slow down, make sense of what they’re experiencing, and discover that they are capable of more than they may currently believe. I love witnessing those moments when someone begins to understand themselves differently, finds their voice, feels more confident, or realizes they don't have to keep carrying things the same way they always have.
For me, being a therapist isn't about fixing people. It's about walking alongside them through the messy, meaningful, and sometimes even funny parts of being human.
I want my clients to leave therapy not only with tools to navigate life's challenges, but with a stronger sense of who they are and what it means to feel good on the inside—even when life isn't going exactly as planned.
What Inspired Me to Become a Therapist
That's what continues to inspire me: helping people create lives where they can feel more like themselves, not just get through the day.
What I Bring Into the Room
Curiosity + Neuroscience
We'll get curious about the “why”—how your brain is wired, how your experiences shaped you, and why certain patterns can be so difficult to change.
Compassion + Honesty
I'll hold space for the hard stuff without judgment while also gently challenging you when a different perspective might help.
Practical Tools + Skills
Actually Use
Therapy shouldn't end when the session does. We'll develop practical strategies and skills you can carry into everyday life.
Human Approach
Within our sessions, there is space for tears, joy, and growth. I provide a kind environment where there is no need to perform, just a safe place to be your self.
